Slowly Trasfer the weight from one hand to another. Do it slowly and controlled. 2. Learn how to stabilise the shoulder. 3. Use your other hand to assist you. Practice holding this position without letting go of the hand yet. 4. Use as little assistance as possible, to start feeling the balance. You should still keep your body straight. 5. Let go of the assisting hand for a few seconds, and then put it back. Practice catching balance this way until you can fully let go of the hand. IMPORTANT: Practice as much as possible and master your current progression before moving to the next one. It's about control and not rushing the process. Do occasional rests to recover your tendons and muscles as well as let your nervous system adapt to the new exercise. Don't spam the attempts. Take a few seconds - minute rests between your sets.
