A full body, stronger, but accessible vinyasa flow designed to leave you feeling uplifted, balanced, energized and ready to meet your day. The sequence includes some light core work, strengthening sun salutes, accessible backbends & twists, with an emphasis on opening your chest, warming your shoulders and mobilising your spine. Cool down with an active and sleeping pigeon & forward fold before resting into Shavasana. A fun, compact flow to set you up for a joyful day. For practice you may wish to have a folded blanket for comfort.
