Lower leg shin pain ( not shin splints) can be uncomfortable and rob our walking enjoyment and results. In this video I share some tips to help you prevent shin discomfort and to ease any pain you may be experiencing. This discomfort can relate to foot placement, alignment as well as choice of shoes, how laces are tied as well as a big increase in your training load. Please note I am not discussing SHIN SPLINTS and if your pain persists & you feel you may have shin splints I'd always advise you seek a consultation in person with a physiotherapist or Sports Medic.
