Sadly, so many gym don’t have a well-made hack squat that drills the quads anymore. In today’s video I show you exactly what I would do as a substitution for this important machine. If growing quads is a goal of yours, this reverse band squat is a MUST do. I even use a heel wedge to isolate the quads even more. Perfect this set up, then get to work. Sets and reps here…….I like a top end set of 10-15, followed up by a back off set of a widow maker (pull 1-2 plates off each side and pump 20-30 reps).
