Strong arms help us carry the work God has placed in our hands. 🕒 Workout Format 🔥 5-minute Warm-Up 🏋🏽♀️ 20-minute Strength Training • 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest • 4 sets per exercise 🚶🏾 20-minute Cardio (your choice — walk, run, bike, row, treadmill, step-ups, etc.) 🧘🏾♀️ 5-minute Cool Down Stretch Today’s Strength Moves (Back & Biceps) 1️⃣ Single-Arm Bent-Over Row 2️⃣ Row to Rear Fly Combo 3️⃣ Dumbbell Pullovers 4️⃣ Hammer Curls 5️⃣ 21s Bicep Curls 🙌 Every pull builds strength.
