Leave for 10 minutes or until bubbles are formed and yeast becomes foamy. Add half of the flour in another bo l and pour th yeast mixture and use a wooden spoon to combine. Add salt, oil and remaining flour. Lightly knead th dough with hands , until it’s less sticky . -Transfer the dough on to the dusted surface and knead for a minutes until it’s smooth and elastic. First rise Shape the dough into a ball shape and transfer to an oiled bowl , cover with a cloth for an hour or until it rises. After the first rise , transfer the dough to a work surface and stir it an shape it to desired shape and cover with a cloth for 10 minutes. -Transfer bread to baking paper. Coat it with oil and dust with flour and slice the bread in several places and place it in the Dutch oven. Baking in 200 degrees with fan on for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes and serve.
