Quick, easy, and free. There is really no reason not to do The Six Foot Drills. These exercises only take a few minutes a day, and the benefits are worth every second. No one wants to get injured, especially when it's preventable. These exercises may not eliminate all injuries, but they can certainly decrease the likelihood and increase your balance and proprioception. Train hard, train safe! - Chris G.
