This is a follow along 20 minute full body dumbbell workout that will help you become stronger, build lean muscle and leave you feeling amazing!! The exercises are performed for 40 seconds each, 15 seconds rest. The exercises are performed for 2 rounds. I am using 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg dumbbells. You can only use one set of dumbbells but I am switching weights for different exercises to challenge myself more. If you have lighter weights than you would prefer, simply perform more reps than me and at a slightly faster pace. If you want to build muscle or increase your strength it is important to increase either the amount of weight you lift or the number of reps overtime.
