Today I’m showing three completely different keto carbonara recipes — pizza, pasta, and risotto — all made without flour and with very low carbs, but with the same creamy, comforting flavors we all love. These recipes are rich in protein and healthy fats, keep you full for hours, and are perfect for weight loss, blood sugar balance, and gluten-free eating. One sauce, three formats — choose your favorite 💛 🍕 Recipe #1 — Keto Carbonara Pizza (4 servings) Ingredients: Crust 250 g dry cottage cheese / farmer’s cheese (well drained) 1 egg (white for dough, yolk for brushing) 2 tbsp coconut flour (16 g) pinch of salt Topping 70 g bacon (about 4 slices) 125 g mozzarella Carbonara sauce 1 garlic clove, finely grated 1 egg yolk 3 tbsp heavy cream (45 ml) 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (7 g) pinch of nutmeg + salt To serve optional extra egg yolk in the center extra Parmesan (7 g) fresh arugula 🥑 Macros per slice (1 out of 4) Without extra yolk: 300 kcal · 20 g protein · 21 g fat · 4 g carbs With extra yolk: 322 kcal · 21.5 g protein · 23 g fat · 4.4 g carbs 👨🍳 Method: Mix crust ingredients, shape pizza base, brush edges with yolk. Bake 10 min at 200°C / 392°F. Add mozzarella and bacon, bake 10 more min. Mix sauce, drizzle over pizza, bake 2 min. Finish with arugula, Parmesan, and optional yolk. 🍝 Recipe #2 — Keto Carbonara Pasta (2 servings) Ingredients: Pasta 3 eggs ¼ cup cream cheese (50 g) Sauce 1 garlic clove, grated 1 egg yolk ⅓ cup heavy cream (80 ml) pinch salt & nutmeg 2 tbsp Parmesan (10 g) Additionally 100 g ham or bacon, diced 1 tbsp olive oil extra Parmesan, parsley optional egg yolk per serving 🥑 Macros per serving (1 out of 2) 543 kcal · 26.7 g protein · 46.3 g fat · 4.6 g net carbs 👨🍳 Method: Blend eggs + cream cheese. Cook thin crepes, roll, slice into ribbons. Fry ham, add pasta, pour in sauce, gently heat until creamy. Serve with Parmesan and optional yolk. 🍚 Recipe #3 — Keto Carbonara Risotto (3 servings) Ingredients 1 medium cauliflower (450 g), riced 1 whole egg + 2 yolks ⅓ cup grated Parmesan (35 g) ½ lb bacon or guanciale (225g) 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml) ½ cup dry white wine (125 ml) salt & black pepper 🥑 Macros per serving (1 of 3): ~545 kcal · 36 g protein · 50 g fat · 4.5 g net carbs 👨🍳 Method: Rice cauliflower. Fry bacon until golden. Mix eggs, yolks, Parmesan.
