BODYWEIGHT HIIT WORKOUT - 25 MIN HIIT AMRAP CIRCUIT // Today we are doing a HIIT workout in the style of an AMRAP. AMRAP means ‘as many reps’ or ‘as many rounds’ as possible. In this bodyweight HIIT workout, we’ll have the exercises and prescribed reps on the screen so try and get through as many rounds as possible. Remember to always focus on your form over speed but challenge yourself, make a note of how many rounds you do so you attempt to beat it the next time you come back to this workout.
