Here is a 20 min video to help students who are struggling with motivation to move and strengthen their physical body. The level of the video is easy to medium. Internal arts practitioners often fall into the trap of neglecting the physical body, and only wanting to focus on meditation or the internal practices. But this actually makes the journey more difficult. Some of the downfalls of neglecting the physical body is low energy levels, lethargy of body and mind, lack of focus and there is also an ability and drive which comes from being able to push your physical body past its comfort zone and towards increased strength.
