TaiChi and QiGong have the similarity for working on body’s energy, to practice the energy the most important thing is how much you can relax your body, Relaxation is the way to open your body energy channel, to make your energy better flow in your body. Therefore, We have designed FangYuan TaiChi relaxation form for you to exercise, This form consist of 9 movements. Each movement you can do it about 2-3 minute to exercise. It can help you to relax more your muscle,improve body’s flexibility and open your energy channel. It is recommended that we start off with stretching exercise for 15-20 min before the TaiChi or QiGong Form practice or you can do it individual in the morning right after we wake up.
