It started as a flexible program derived from the "Pool" system of exercises I described in the past, but evolved into something pretty consistent. This is different from my old training methods in a few ways: it's a full-body routine, it's a little scaled back, and it has a greater focus on calisthenics. This has been great for me, so far, and I've seen some gains in terms of hypertrophy, calisthenics skills, and mobility. This post aims to serve as an update to let you know how training has been going lately, as well as an insight into some of the thinking that went into this program.
