This is a 35 minute intermediate vinyasa yoga flow. Part 9 of the Minimal Cues Series of classes. The classes in this series are ideal if you have a more established practice and you'd like a quiet, more meditative experience. This practice is a stronger, slow paced, balanced flow for your morning with minimal cues. An opportunity to listen to your own body and enjoy the stillness and quiet of the morning. Practice includes an emphasis on upper body, core and balance while moving up and down the mat in a creative sequence. A class to help you deepen your focus and find calm.
