In this 45 Min workout we are targeting the glutes, back and abs in controlled movements, go heavy and challenge yourself. This no repeats workout is designed to build strength and shape using just one kettlebell. All the exercises in this session are knee friendly and don't have any squats or lunges. The workout is also smart watch friendly (no snatches or cleans). 💪🏼 This workout is not for complete beginners, as a few exercises are challenging however I encourage stronger beginners to give it a go and intermediate challenge yourself with a heavy weights. If you don't have kettlebells you can use dumbbells for this session.
