Today’s workout is a Dynamic Lower Body Workout with exercises to burn fat and build muscle. TIME: 27 Minutes EQUIPMENT: Dumbbells or Bodyweight DIFFICULTY: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced - You can make this workout as easy or challenging as you want. The intensity of the workout is all yours! TRY THIS butt and leg workout at home with dumbbells! These exercises will target your lower body. Plan on working out your butt (glutes) - building a strong round booty. Strengthening your legs, including quads and hamstrings and engaging your calves. This 27 minute Butt and Leg Workout with dumbbells can be done at home or in a gym. The heavier you go with the weights the more challenging the exercises become therefore adding cardio, fat burning, resistance/strength training and building muscle all at once. The structure of this workout is 4 Supersets to sculpt, tone and strengthen your lower body. Each superset has two exercises. You will perform each exercise for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. You will repeat the two exercises in the superset 3 times before moving onto the next. That means you have 3 opportunities to grab heavier dumbbells. If you don’t have equipment and are using bodyweight, try to increase intensity through power or speed - while still maintaining good form. At the end you will have a finisher dedicated to blasting your lower body. This will have 3 exercises, 20 seconds / exercise, repeat the finisher 2 times. Don’t worry about keeping up with me, do the exercises at your own pace and take additional breaks as needed. Most importantly, have fun and try something new to challenge your mind and body!
