ABS AMRAP WORKOUT NO EQUIPMENT - AMRAP ABS CIRCUIT WORKOUT // Today we’re doing a 16 minute abs AMRAP workout together with no equipment. AMRAP stands for 'As Many Reps As Possible' or 'As Many Rounds As Possible'. In this AMRAP abs circuit, we will be doing as many rounds as possible and will be following the ab exercises below with the prescribed amount of reps. Check out all of the abs exercises featured in this abs AMRAP workout below: 20 x Alternating Heel Touch Crunches 12 x Single Leg Lowers 16 x Low Plank With Lateral Taps 10 x Glute Bridges 20 x Bicycle Abs 12 x Windscreen Wipers I completed 7 full rounds in 16 minute Ab AMRAP workout and started alternating heel touch crunches in round 8 by the time the final bell went. Here were my totals at the end of this AMRAP: 150 x Alternating Heel Touch Crunches 84 x Single Leg Lowers 112 x Low Plank With Lateral Taps 70 x Glute Bridges 140 x Bicycle Abs 84 x Windscreen Wipers ••••••••• Thank you for watching.
