How to increase sleep efficiency and overcome sleep problems or insomnia Sleep efficiency is very much part of the work I do with clients who struggle with long-term insomnia and sleep problems. As with so many other things sleep related, there are many misconceptions about what it really is and how to help you overcome your sleep problems. In this video, first we go through what is sleep efficiency so you can be clearer about how you can use it to your advantage. As with many of the different sleep problems, sleep efficiency vs sleep quality is important to clear up. The two are very different things and you’d want to learn the basics when it comes to sleep problems and insomnia to be in the best position to overcome these issues. In the second part of the video, I’ll share with you ways to improve sleep quality and even part of the sleep efficiency training that I go through with my clients. This will help you to understand how to increase sleep efficiency which will lead naturally to how to improve sleep quality as well. I’ll share with you a few tips to improve sleep overall and help you to start building a plan of overcoming insomnia and other sleep problems.
