Welcome to Day 22 of the Strong in 10 Series - today we’re focusing on legs and glutes with a simple, effective dumbbell workout that builds strength and control in just 10 minutes. Using dumbbells only (I use 2 x 10kg), this session targets the quads, glutes and hamstrings with steady, strength-based movements and plenty of time under tension. Today’s format: 40 seconds work · 10 seconds rest 2 rounds Equipment: 2 dumbbells + mat Exercises included: • RDL • Goblet Squat • Sumo Squat • Curtsey Lunges • Weighted Squat to Kneel (Right) • Weighted Squat to Kneel (Left) Move with control on the way down, stay strong through your core, and drive through the full foot on every rep.
