This workout can be done on its own if you do not have a lot of time or you can add it onto the end of your workouts for a final challenge. There are 5 exercises in this routine; 50 seconds of working out with a 10-second break. The exercises are: 1. Hip Dip Pulses 2. Altered Mountain Climbers 3. M-Boat 4. Bicycles with Reverse Crunch 5.
