This 35-minute full body and core dumbbell sculpt workout is designed to help you build lean muscle, improve strength, and sculpt your entire body using functional, compound movements you can do at home with minimal equipment. WORKOUT STRUCTURE: 3 circuits | 4 exercises each | 3 rounds per circuit | 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest Each exercise targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously, maximizing efficiency and keeping your body engaged throughout the entire session.
