And yes — two of them are made with avocado… but you would never guess! These recipes are low carb, gluten free, and perfect if you’re on a weight loss journey but still want something indulgent and chocolatey 🍫 00:00 Recipe #1 📌 Ingredients: 1 large ripe avocado (~200 g flesh) 3 medium eggs 3 Tbsp sweetener (45 g) 1 tsp baking powder (5 g) 4 Tbsp cocoa powder (40 g) ¼ cup melted butter (60 g) ½ dark chocolate bar (50 g), chopped 🥑 Macros per slice (1 of 10): 128 kcal · 2.8 g protein · 11.7 g fat · 2 g net carbs 👩🍳 Method: Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Pour into a loaf pan. Sprinkle chopped chocolate on top. Bake until set and slice slightly warm. 03:15 Recipe #2 📌 Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado (~200 g flesh) 1½ Tbsp sweetener (22 g) 1 Tbsp peanut butter (20 g) cocoa powder for coating (around 1 Tbsp) 🥑 Macros per truffle (1 of 12): 32 kcal · 0.8 g protein · 2.8 g fat · 0.6 g net carbs 👩🍳 Method Blend avocado, sweetener, and peanut butter until smooth. Pipe into candy molds or spread into a dish. Freeze 2 hours until firm. Beat eggs with sweetener, salt, and baking powder until fluffy. Mix in melted chocolate mixture. Pour into a loaf pan, sprinkle chopped chocolate on top. Bake 30 minutes at 170°C (338°F).
