What's the best workout split for natural bodybuilders for building muscle or for anyone interested in training naturally? While there are many ways to the top of each mountain, in this video I go over the training split I have used for the past thirty plus years with my high intensity training. One that I consider to to be the best training split for hypertrophy if you are a natural lifter, and a workout split that allowed me to compete successfully as a natural bodybuilder. Most information on the best workout splits for building muscle for natural athletes is based on what the most popular bodybuilders in the fitness industry are doing. Who almost always are on steroids and as such their muscle building routines have little to no relevance to a natural athlete. As successful as I was in natural bodybuilding, there is a huge statistical flaw built into relying on the experience of one natural bodybuilder. You need a much larger sample size to evaluate the best training protocol for building muscle naturally. That said, this is the training split that I have used with hundreds of personal training clients over the past three decades to help them build muscle and lose fat.
