Here's the workout flow: 40 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest 3 cycles w/ 30 second break- superset Plank Shoulder Tap Seal Jacks/Jumping Jacks Squat w/ Press Speed Mountain Climbers Elevated Crunch Reverse Lunge/Split Hops Forearm Plank Hold Fire Feet Play your favorite workout songs while doing this This is a full length video that you can do with me from start to finish.
