We start with a quick homemade marinara (or use store-bought if you prefer), then make a soft egg base right in the pan, add melted cheese and toppings, and let everything cook together. If you’re looking for simple low-carb dinners for weight loss, quick keto recipes, or easy one-pan meals — this one is for you ✨ 📌 Ingredients: For the marinara: • Tomatoes — ½ lb (225 g), chopped • Onion — 1 small (or ½ large) • Garlic — 2 cloves • Olive oil — 1½ tbsp (22 ml) • Paprika — a pinch • Dried basil or Italian herbs — ½ tsp • Water — ¼ cup (60 ml) • Salt — to taste • Sugar-free honey or sweetener — 1 tbsp (15 ml) For the base & toppings: • Eggs — 5 medium • Parmesan — 2 tbsp (15 g) • Mozzarella — 1 cup (100 g) • Salami — about 11–12 slices 🥑 Macros (per slice, 1 out of 6): 201 kcal · 13.5 g protein · 14.3 g fat · 3 g net carbs 👩🍳 Method: Make marinara by sautéing garlic and onion in olive oil, then simmer with tomatoes, spices, water, and sweetener.
