Welcome to day 6 of 6 of our first continuing mini-series on the channel! In this series, we will be training core and mobility in short, 20 minute workouts! This is a progressive program and is part of a larger project on the channel moving forward! Each Thursday we will be releasing a series of workouts around the same focus, for 6 weeks at a time. Mobility and Core work are two aspects of fitness we as coaches hear everyone say they 'need to do more of, but never do'!
