Ingredients for 4 serving: Flank Steak: 7 oz Zucchini: 1 Red Bell Pepper: 1 Green Bell Pepper: 1 Yellow Pepper: 1 Red Onion: 1 Carrot: 1 Leek: 1 Cauliflower: small piece Ginger: 2 tbsp Green Onion: 2 stems Garlic: 4 cloves Asparagus: 4 stems Mushrooms: 4-5 heads Egg: 2 Rice: 1 cup Corn starch: 6 tbsp Sesame: 5 tbsp Hoison Sauce: 4 tbsp Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp Honey: 3 tbsp Salt & Black Pepper: 1 tsp Recipe: 1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips and coat them evenly with cornstarch. 2. Julienne the zucchini, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow pepper, red onion, and carrot. 3. Thinly slice the leek and chop the ginger, green onion, garlic, Cauliflower, and asparagus. 4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. 5. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water. 6. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. 7. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. Set aside. 8. Heat some cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 9. Add the coated beef strips to the hot oil and stir-fry until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove from the wok and set aside. 10. In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed, then add the chopped garlic, ginger, and leek. Stir-fry for about a minute until fragrant. 11. Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped asparagus to the wok and cook until they begin to soften. 12. Toss in the julienned vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onion, and carrot) and continue to stir-fry until they are tender-crisp. 13. Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the center. Allow them to set slightly, then scramble until cooked. 14. Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry to combine with the vegetables and eggs. 15. Drizzle in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and honey, tossing everything together until well coated. 16. Sprinkle in the sesame seeds and season with salt and black pepper to taste. 17. Finally, add the crispy beef strips back into the wok and stir until everything is heated through and well combined. 18. Transfer the crispy beef strips stir-fry onto serving plates or bowls. 19.
