Ingredients for 6 serving: Graham Crackers: 15 oz (425 g) Heavy Cream: 1/3 cup (80 g) Melted Butter: 1/2 cup (113 g) Sugar: 2.5 oz (71 g) Cream Cheese: 1 cup (8 oz), softened Strawberries: 4-5 Red food color: 10 drops Gelatine Powder: 3 oz (85 g) Recipe: 1. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. 2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Use the bottom of a glass to help press it evenly. 3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling. 4. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatine powder over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. 5. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. 6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. 7. Microwave the bloomed gelatine for 10-15 seconds until it's fully dissolved. 8. Add the dissolved gelatine to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined. 9. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated. 10. Put the cheesecake pan into the fridge for 3 hours. 11.Once the cheesecake is set, carefully remove it from the springform pan. 12. Garnish the top of the cheesecake with additional strawberry roses as desired. 13. Optionally, you can add a few drops of red food color on top of the cheesecake for a decorative effect. 14.
