In this video of Cooking Bible we tried to combine the flavor of red meat with an amazing greek yogurt sauce and pistachio. This combination is something you should definitely try. Ingredients for 2 serving: Steak: 10 oz (283 g) Eggplant: 1 Pomegranate seeds and juice: 1 (whole pomegranate) Red Bell Pepper: 1 Garlic: 1 whole Greek Yogurt: 1 cup (240 g) Pistachios: 1 oz (28 g) Walnuts: 1.5 oz (42 g) Lemon: 1 Olive: 1 oz (28 g) Dill: 1 bunch Rosemary: 2 stems Butter: 2 oz (56 g) Recipe: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Place the sliced eggplant, red bell pepper, and whole garlic bulb on a baking sheet. 3. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. 4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized. 5. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped roasted eggplent, roasted garlic, roasted pepper, chopped pistachios, chopped walnuts, chopped dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside. 6. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides. 7. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 8. Add the steak to the skillet along with minced garlic and rosemary stems. 9. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. 10. Once cooked, remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 11. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. 12. Add pomegranate seeds and juice to the saucepan. 13. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is slightly thickened and reduced. 14. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 15. Spread a generous amount of the nutty yogurt sauce on a serving platter. 16. Arrange the sliced steak on top of the yogurt sauce. 17. Drizzle the pomegranate glaze over the steak and vegetables. 18. Garnish with additional chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds, if desired. 19.
