Welcome to another fun-packed episode of The Brice Side. Today we take you all to the ancient market town of Marazion (Marhasyow in Cornish) and its stunning beach, which has a fantastic view of St. Michael's Mount and the surrounding coastline, including Long Rock, Penzance and Newlyn. The beach is popular with kayakers and kiteboarders and they can be spotted most days. The beach also leads to a man-made causeway that connects St. Michael's Mount with the mainland during low tide. 2 miles east of Penzance, the town of Marazion dates back to Medieval times, but there is evidence of tin smelting during an earlier period. In this video, we explore the main road through the town and stop at the Godolphin to admire the stunning views of Mount's Bay. Hope you enjoy this latest offering from The Brice Side, and remember... always look on the Brice side of life! feel free to check out our other beach vlog, at Gwithian Beach in Hayle: • Gwithian Beach and a lost kite! #cornwall #cornwalluk #marazion
