This workout includes a ton of variety and the 30 minutes really fly by! This workout will increase your muscular strength, balance, coordination, and endurance! This workout is part of Phase 2 for Bike & Bells! Phase 2 incorporates functional training to improve balance, build lean muscle, and increase endurance! During Phase 2 and this upper body workout in particular select a weight that is moderately heavy! The last 10 seconds or 2-3 reps should be very challenging!
