Perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying with a cup of tea. 🧁 You’ll need: For the pastry: • 500g ready-rolled puff pastry For the cream filling: • 200g cold mascarpone • 100g icing sugar • 150g double cream (very cold) • Vanilla sugar (to taste) To decorate: • Your favourite fresh berries (I used strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries) • Icing sugar (for dusting) ⸻ 🥣 Instructions: 1. Roll out the puff pastry and shape into little “boats” as shown in the video. 2. Bake at 180°C (fan) for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crisp. (Baking time may vary depending on your oven.) 3. While the pastries bake, prepare the cream: • Mix cold mascarpone with icing sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. • Add very cold double cream (it should sit in the fridge overnight and 15 mins in the freezer right before whipping). • Whip on medium speed until thick and creamy — don’t overmix! 4. Once baked, let the pastry cool. Gently press down the centres to create space for the cream. 5. Fill each pastry with the mascarpone cream, top with berries and dust with icing sugar. 6.
