You‘ll need the focus & coordination! 👋🏼 🔧 Equipment: 1x light band (red) 1x strong band (green) attachments for bands (great if you’re in the gym) 2x dumbbells (I used 10kg but feel free to go heavier) 1x stepper / box (for step ups & downs) 1x mat other: a wall (for wall sits) ✋🏼 Heads up: this is a generalized approach to knee stability training and NOT a rehab routine for specific types of injury.
