An accessible, compact practice that combines dynamic and static stretches for your spine, shoulders and hips to aid circulation, reduce muscle tension and help you feel more mobile. An ideal morning or recovery day practice to bring movement and mobility to those parts of your body that can accumulate tension. Greet your morning, rise & stretch with this class that moves at a mindful pace, pairing your breath with gentle movement. For practice, you may wish to have a block to elevate the floor to meet your hands.
