If strength training has ever felt intimidating, overwhelming, or like something you “should” be doing better, this video is for you 🤍 In this Movement Short, I’m guiding you through a simple, beginner-friendly full-body strength workout you can do right at home. No gym required, no complicated equipment, and no pressure to push past your limits. This practice focuses on functional strength, the kind of movement that helps you feel better in everyday life 💪 Getting up and down from the floor, carrying groceries, playing with your kids, and moving with more confidence and ease. You’ll move through a short sequence that includes: • a squat and press • a supported row • a glute bridge • plank shoulder taps Everything is explained clearly, with options so you can move at your own pace and stop when you need to 🧠✨ You can repeat this workout for 8 to 12 repetitions per movement and cycle through it three to four times total, or simply try one round and call it a win. This is what consistency actually looks like. If having a simple plan like this done for you would help, I offer personal training for beginners, both in-studio in Lambeth, Ontario and online from anywhere 🌍 📅 Book a free consultation call here: https://bodymindfitness.as.me/consult... We’ll talk through your goals, your schedule, and what kind of support would actually fit your life. Thanks for moving with me today.
