A Thanksgiving yoga class to help you ground, open, and reconnect with your center today. This 75-minute all-level Yin and Hatha Yoga practice blends strength, balance, breath, and heart-opening movements to support you through the emotions of the holiday. Thanksgiving can bring up a lot—gratitude, yes, but also old patterns, family dynamics, ancestral memory, and the subtle emotional weight of this season. This class is here to hold all of it with you. In this 75-minute practice, we use balance, expansion, opening, and strength as tools to help you stay steady while making space for whatever needs to move. You’ll stretch deeply, build heat, open the heart, release tension from the hips, and end with grounding breathwork and a guided relaxation to bring you back to yourself. Use this class anytime during Thanksgiving day or the surrounding days when you need a moment to reconnect with your inner stability, presence, and love.
