Instead of forcing your arms to work alone, you’ll learn how to use your center, your breath, and your whole body to support every shape you move through. This is the kind of upper-body yoga practice that strengthens you from the inside out. No rushing, no strain — just strength that actually feels like it’s yours. We’ll warm up the joints, tap into the solar plexus and heart space, move purposefully through Sun and Moon Salutations, and explore strength in both grounded and playful ways — including crow variations that meet you exactly where you’re at.
