Intermediate heart-opening upper body yoga class that begins in stillness, builds deep core strength, and moves into intentional power sequences, transitions, arm balances, and inversions. We begin with stillness to settle the body before moving into strong core work that starts the strength-building for this practice. From there, the class shifts into a clear heart-opening arc and upper-body–focused sequences with repetition, standing work, and controlled transitions that build heat and prepare you for the later arm balances and inversions.
