Grab your dumbbells (3-6lbs - I use 5lb dumbbells) and let's do this. Each Tabata Block is made up of 8 - 20 second sets of high intensity bursts with 10 seconds of recovery in between. Block 1 focuses on strength moves while using dumbbells and body weight for resistance. Block 2 is all about the cardio - 8 new exercises, no equipment, lots of calories burned. Block 3 combines blocks 1 & 2 by alternating between 4 new strength & 4 cardio exercises Block 4 will take it to our mat for 8 exercises that focus on floor work & core work (bodyweight & dumbbells) Everything you need in just 20 minutes!
