Y'all we found this recipe tucked away in our recipe books and it had been tucked away for 30+ years! For those in the Nashville, TN area did you ever eat at Faison's? It was one of my favorite places and THIS was my absolute favorite dish! It was actually shared on a television program called Talk of The Town, and because it was my all time favorite I requested the recipe be sent to me. (Before internet made things easy to get) I tucked it away for safe keeping, and just found it again! It is called Chicken Jerusalem and we hope some of you remember this item from the menu at Faison's and enjoy making it for your dinner! The recipe follows in the description. 🥰 #faisons #chicken #easyrecipe Chicken Jerusalem Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter or Margarine 1 Tablespoon Garlic (I used 2 cause I like garlic) 1 Tablespoon Green Onions 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 3 Artichoke Hearts (cut in half) 1 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes to taste Directions: Melt butter in saucepan Add Garlic and Green Onions and Cook for 2 minutes Add Chicken and Artichoke Hearts Cover pan and Cook until Chicken is Done 5-6 minutes **Butterfly chicken breast to speed cooking Add Sour Cream and cook for 2 minutes more. Add Lemon and Seasonings Serve Immediately
