SIT is a time efficient workout strategy that combines short maximal efforts with recovery periods. Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase anerobic capacity, promote fat loss and improves muscle strength and power. First part of the session we go for short of breath doing SIT with 4 differnt pulse exercises and finish with 4 differnt strength exercises - (full body). Work frame is 40 sec work - 20 sec rest - 3 rounds.
