Focaccia Bread Recipe 🧈 Ingredients: 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 cup warm water 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tsp dry yeast 3 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for drizzling) 1 tbsp chopped rosemary Sundried tomatoes,Cherry tomatoes & olives (optional toppings) Sea salt flakes for sprinkling Olive oil and Paprika for brushing 🍳 Method: Step 1: In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy. Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead into a soft, elastic dough (about 5 minutes). Step 3: Coat the dough lightly with olive oil, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Step 4: Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking tray. Stretch it gently to fit the tray. Step 5: Make dimples using your fingertips. Drizzle olive oil generously and top with herbs, Sundried Tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Step 6: Cover and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Step 7: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
